I cant do drugs. One time i did mesc i was high for months. I dont drink. I took 3 of these and they definitely rampes up my meditation. I dont like feeling out of control but i do a little. So if you have low tolerance i feel like these are for u. I think this is what normal people feel like when they smoke pot. Lol
